William Frank (Bill) Martin, 81, of Benton City, MO passed away on Saturday May 31,2025 at Harry S Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital in Columbia MO.

Bill was born December 26, 1943, in Mexico, MO the son of Isaac Frank and Pauline Elizabeth (Kelsay) Martin.

On June 5, 1965, he married Judy K. (Day) of Mexico, MO.

After graduating Bill worked at Baker Packing until being drafted. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Viet Nam war from 1966-1968. After discharge he drove a truck for several years, retiring from Columbia Food (Oscar Meyer) after 20 years.

He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, working in the yard and flower garden occasionally, he found joy in woodworking for family and friends, and trying his luck playing slots at MTC in LaGrange.

Bill was an exceptional husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was always there for his family.

Survivors include his wife Judy Martin of the home. Two sons William Martin Jr of Benton city, Steve (Susan) Martin of Benton City. Two grandchildren, Danae (Zach) Bailey of Columbia, MO, Stephanie Martin of Columbia, MO. Two great grandchildren, Zoey Bailey and Rin Bailey. One brother Harold (Robin) Martin of Paris, MO, and one sister-in-law Donna Martin of Mexico, MO, and several nephews and nieces.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Isaac and Pauline and one brother Charles (Chuck) Martin.

There will be no services per Bill's request.
