William Loyal Cash, 47, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at his home.

William was born on February 9, 1979 in Columbia, the son of Roy Howard Cash, Jr. and Lois Marie Campbell.

William had a vivid imagination and a gift for storytelling, often creating and sharing his own fairy tales with anyone who would listen. He enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, taking road trips and, most of all, a good party and the company of others. At his core, William had a kind and generous heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those closest to him. His imagination, sense of adventure and caring spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Survivors include one son, Michael Strong of Trimble; two daughters, Andrea Cash of Columbia and Aubrey Cash; three grandchildren, Lyndyn Michael Dean Strong, Graesyn Mark James Strong and Cianna Cash; two sisters, Virginia Ewens of Mexico and Wanda (Ernest) Green of Williamsburg; two brothers, David Campbell of Mexico and Darriell (Suzanne) Vaught of Oklahoma City, OK.

William was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Campbell; his father, Roy Cash, Jr.; two children, Ethan Cash and Michael Cunningham: one brother, Edgar Lee Mauzey; grandparents and several nieces and nephews.
