On January 10, 2023, Warren R. Williams, Jr., a loving husband and son, passed away peacefully in the city of Springfield, Missouri.  Warren is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Paula Williams.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, at Arnold Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 12:30 p.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Warren was known as a generous, kind-hearted and compassionate soul.  He loved the simple things in life and spending time with his precious family and friends.

Warren R. Williams, Jr. was born on February 24, 1971, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia to Warren R. Williams, Sr. and Teresa Elaine Williams of Mexico.  He graduated from Mexico High School in 1989.  He continued his education for two years at Lansing University.  While in high school, Warren participated in football, basketball and track & field.  He earned many awards in sports including; all district football (1987 & 1988), all district punter (1987 & 1988), all conference football (1986 & 1987), all state punter (1988), state track shot put qualifier (1987 & 1988), he was also part of a district championship track team.  Throughout his blessed life he was recognized with numerous trophies, awards and honors.

Warren was a hard worker.  His career as a restaurant owner, chef and DJ carried him through a successful and prosperous life.  He was a member of the Second Baptist Church.

Warren always enjoyed playing softball in the summer time.  He enjoyed the casinos, water rafting, barbequing, DJing, Mizzou homecoming and tailgate parties.  He loved his family and looked forward to family gatherings.  Everyone knows he was a die-hard; I do mean a true die-hard Raiders fan.  As so many can attest, Warren was always someone who loved to help those in need.

He will be greatly missed by his loving family and will always be remembered in their hearts.

Warren is survived by his beautiful wife Paula Williams; his loving, dedicated parents, Warren R. Williams, Sr. and Teresa E. Williams; his step-children, Erick Griffin and Nakia Hendrick.
