Tina Marie Frank, 57, of Mexico, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022, at her brother's home in Mexico.

A Memorial Service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev. Glenn Forman officiating.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until time of service at the church.

Tina was born on January 24, 1965, in Troy, the daughter of James Edward and Rosemary (Treese) Blackwell, Sr. She married John Michael Frank on July 11, 1992, at Graceland Museum in Mexico.

Tina was a fun-loving person with a quick wit and playful sense of humor.  She was an amazing cook and baker who relished celebrating the people in her life with custom cakes. Tina's kind and generous heart and her deep faith drew people to her. For many years she was an active member of Friendship Baptist Church. She adored her nieces and nephews dearly and loved being surrounded by them, especially the babies.

She is survived by her husband, John Michael Frank, of the home; son, Jake Frank, of the home; two sisters, Karon Blackwell of Fulton and Bobbie Jo Blackwell of Houston, TX; brother, Richard (Pam) Blackwell of Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents, James and Rosemary Blackwell; two sisters, Mary Ann Howdeshell and Edith Lee Blackwell; three brothers, Donald Leroy Blackwell, James Edward Blackwell, Jr., and John Kennedy Blackwell; two nephews, Roy William Parker, Jr. and James Howdeshell.

Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or in the form of a toy donation for underprivileged children. They may be sent in care of Arnold Funeral Home, 425 S. Jefferson, Mexico, MO 65265.
