Terry Davenport, 68, of Benton City, passed away on November 23, 2025 at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, November 28, 2025, at Arnold Funeral Home. Norman Foreman will be officiating the service.

Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. at the funeral home. The family asks that everyone wears St. Louis Cardinals or Kansas City Chiefs red for the service and visitation.

Terry was born on July 24, 1957, in Mexico, the daughter of Richard and Margaret Lee (Harlow) Gish. On October 23, 1993 she married Kevin Davenport in Mexico.  She spent many years as an office manager for Doc Hudson. In her later years, she helped her daughter, Alesha, with many events at Fairytale Events.

Terry was a proud and loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs, rarely missing a game and cheering on her teams with unwavering passion. That passion led her to follow Doug and the Thunder baseball team around wherever they played, only missing one game. Her competitive spirit extended beyond the stands and into the bowling alley, where she dedicated many years to the sport she loved. Her talent, sportsmanship, and commitment earned her a place in the Mexico Bowling Hall of Fame—an honor she cherished deeply. Whether watching a game or throwing a perfect strike, she found joy in every moment and shared that joy with everyone around her.

Survivors include her husband, Kevin Davenport of the home; her mother, Margaret Gish of Mexico; two children, Alesha (Andy) Ludovicy of Mexico and Doug (Tazshia) Davenport of Mexico; 10 grandchildren, Brittany (Jacob) Dale, Hillary (Dayton) Hudson, Gage Smith, Katelyn (Bayley) Brandt, Shelby Ludovicy, Tylor (Krystal) Marshall, Alexis Marshall, Gavin Marshall, Jaxson Ludovicy and Macklin Davenport; 14 great-grandchildren, Camerin Dale, Jayden Dale, Gracelynn Dale, Daniel Hudson, Bailey Hudson, Chelsea Hudson, Noah Hudson, Asher Hudson, Jace Smith, Liam Smith, Blayne Brandt, Baby Brandt, Amara Marshall and Oakley Marshall; one sister, Vicky (Robert) Hoover and one brother, Rick (Marlene) Gish; father and mother In-law, Bill (Dorothy) Davenport; sister in-law Krista (Kevin) Duncan.

Terry was preceded in death by her father, Richard Gish; late husband, Thomas Walters; one sister, Cindy Gish; one great-grandson, Abel Dale; one nephew, Chad Boswell; one brother-in-law, Phil Boswell; and one cousin, Amiee Erard.
