Scott Thomas Zalucky, Sr., 51, of Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.

Scott was born on July 20, 1973, in Albany, New York, the son of Linda Jean (Pitts) Zalucky.

Everyone knew Scott for his infectious big smile, he was a son, brother, uncle, father and grandpa (papa). He carried a passion for obtaining unique items no matter the size. He was so intelligent, full of knowledge and always so happy. He devoted many years to the road as a truck driver seeing the states around him and meeting new people that will always remember him. His love for many things that included his family, friends and of course his coffee and sweets, especially Reese peanut butter cookies.

Survivors four children, Scott (Kayla) Zalucky, Jr. of Mexico, Chris (Erica Smith) Zalucky of Mexico, Jasmine (Carl) Lesieur of Mexico, and Preston Scott Zalucky of South Carolina; 12 grandchildren; his mother, Linda Zalucky of Albany, New York; four sisters and two brothers.
