Sarah Ellen Jesse, age 66, made her way to Heaven on October 8, 2021. She passed away unexpectedly at her home in Thompson, Missouri with her loving husband by her side. Sarah was born on May 17, 1955 in Mexico, Missouri to the most wonderful parents, Harvey and Louise Turner. She graduated from Centralia High School in 1973.

Sarah married Stanley on her nineteenth birthday in 1974 and the couple shared the strongest love imaginable, ever since that day. They had three kids who were the center of their world: Stacey, Amy and Shannon. Sarah was the best mom to them and a loving Granna to her grandkids: Allie, Brody and Lacey.

Sarah had a strong love for family and friends. She recently retired from a career in veterinary services. She loved working with the family sheep and cattle and was right by Stanley's side as much as possible doing chores. Sarah was a smart, hard-working woman who lived selflessly every day. She will be missed by all that had the pleasure of knowing her.

Sarah is survived by her brother, Philip (Brenda) Turner, husband, Stanley Jesse, daughter, Amy (Jeff) Wood, son, Shannon (Nicki) Jesse, grandchildren, Allie, Brody and Lacey Wood, numerous brother and sister in-laws, nieces, and nephews. They are all heart broken.

Sarah is preceded in death by her daughter, Stacey Jesse and her parents, Harvey and Louise Turner. We are certain they greeted her with open arms and happy hearts.

Funeral Services will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Arnold Funeral Home with Elder Elaine Kuntz officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.
