Russell Earl Kaiser, Jr., of Centralia, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at The Stuart House, in Centralia.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17, at Arnold Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Russell was born on September 4, 1935, in Warrenton, the son of Russell and Clara (Carrico) Kaiser, Sr.

Mr. Kaiser was a 1953 graduate of Mexico High School, then went on to study Agriculture at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

He had a long career as a warehouse supervisor and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mexico. Russell will be remembered for his love and support of sports, particularly the Centralia Panthers. He was a youth sports coach during the years his children played, then a regular attendee and supporter of Panther teams for many years after.

Russell's grandchildren and great grandchildren were a particular joy in his life, who affectionately called him Papa Russ. He will be greatly missed by all.

Russell is survived by six children, Russell "Buzzy" (Toni) Kaiser, III, Gregg (Keena) Kaiser, Rodney (Linda) Kaiser, Christine (Don) Torreyson, Bradley (Debbie) Kaiser and Melody (David) Crigler; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
