Rosetta Pearl Westbay, 93, of Moberly, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at Aspire Senior Living in Moberly.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 19, 2025, at Arnold Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Kevin Wilkerson will be officiating the service.

Rosetta was born on February, 9, 1932 in Warrensburg, the daughter of Raymond and Edith Conrod.  She was married to the late Cleo Westbay.

Rosetta found joy in the simple, beautiful rhythms of life. She nurtured vibrant blossoms in her flower garden, tending each one with the same patience and care she showed to those she loved. In her quieter moments, she could often be found crocheting with practiced hands, lost in a good book, or savoring the calm focus of a word search puzzle. These gentle pastimes brought her peace and reflected the warmth, creativity, and curiosity that defined her spirit.

Survivors include her daughter, Paula Meyer of Moberly; three sons, Jerry Senevey of Martinsburg, Jack Senevey of Auxvasse and Larry (DiLynn) Senevey of Fulton, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Rosetta was preceded in death by her husband, Cleo Westbay; her parents, Raymond and Edith Conrod, and five sisters.
