Robert Arnold Adams, 68, of Laddonia, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at his home.

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, March 25, 2024, at East Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Chris Atkinson will be officiating the service.

Mr. Adams was born on December 21, 1955 in Rush Hill, the son of Ruby and Nancy (Throckmorton) Adams.

Robert worked at the Mexico Sale Barn and carried newspapers for The Mexico Ledger in his early years.  He spent the last 42 years working for A. B. Chance.  Robert liked to spend his free time hiking the Katy Trail and various trails in Colorado, one of his favorite places to visit.  He also enjoyed shooting his pistol and going to bow shooting tournaments.

Survivors include three nephews, Scott (Jolene) Matich of Laddonia, John Matich of Laddonia, Stephen Matich of Moberly; one brother-in-law, Tom Matich of Laddonia and 11 great-nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby and Nancy Adam, one sister, Teresa Matich and one nephew, Luke Matich.
