Phoebe Christine Crow, 71, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2023, at her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Phoebe was born on July 9, 1952 in Hannibal, the daughter of William and Rita (Little) Taylor. On March 4, 1971 in Hunnewell, Missouri, she married Jimmie Dean Crow. He passed away in March 2008.

Phoebe was a 1970 graduate of Monroe City High School. She worked as a CNA for the Missouri Veterans Home, cooked at the Townhouse, cleaned the Green Office Building and was a daycare provider.

Mrs. Crow enjoyed sewing and baking. She made many birthday cakes for her grandkids, nieces and nephews.

Survivors include three children, Kathy (Dennis) North of Paris, Kevin Crow of Sedalia and James Crow of Moberly; six grandchildren, Jeremy North of Paris, Robyn (Dylan) Langerud of Stoutsville, Kaylin Crow of Mexico, Baylee Crow of Mexico, Kierra (Patrick) Biggs of Thompson and Houston Crow of Mexico; two great-grandchildren, Kinsley Langerud and Haisley Biggs; three brothers, Steve (Debbie) Taylor of Monroe City, Mark (Virgie) Taylor of Dallas, Texas, and Billy Taylor of Monroe City; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Jimmie, Phoebe was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Rita Taylor; one sister, Deana Taylor; and one brother, Shane Taylor.
