Penny Doedli, 55, of Mexico, passed away on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at her home.

Penny was born on May 19, 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of William and Mary (Battles) Cook.

Survivors include one daughter, Amber Musgrove of Mexico; two sons, Thomas Bower of Mexico and Jeremy Bower; one brother, Eddie (Pam) Cook of Centralia; a step-mother, Janet Cook of Fulton; and five grandchildren, Tiana Cook, Tristan Bower, Aiden Bower, Zoie Cook and Layla Musgrove.

Ms. Doedli was preceded in death by her parents, William Cook and Mary Gorman.
