Paul Wesley Blair, 89, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2025, at his home.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 15, at Elmwood Cemetery with Rev. Randy Jones officiating.

Paul was born on May 24, 1936, in Mexico, the son of James and Elsie Elizabeth (Hunt) Blair. On November 15, 1958, he was united in marriage to Phyllis "Jane" Mead. She preceded him in death on May 2, 2006.

Paul had a passion for Cardinals baseball, never passed up a good garage sale, and had a special fondness for clocks and cats.

He is survived by five children, Kenneth Blair, Debbie (Mitch) Allen of Hamilton,

David (Melissa) Blair of Mexico, Joe (Jennifer) Blair of Moberly and Jeff (Tanis) Blair of Mexico; fourteen grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; sister, Patsy Polston; and brother, Russell Blair.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis "Jane" Blair; brother, Raymond Blair; grandson, Ryan Blair; brother-in-law, Russell Polston; two, sisters-in-law, Anna Lois Blair and Mary Blair; and two nephews, Henry Blair and Mike Blair.
