Patricia (Pat) Ann Siron, 80, of Mexico, passed away on September 28, 2021.

Pat was born on March 17, 1941, in Sedalia, Missouri, the daughter of Harry Leo Farris and Helen Virginia (Rouchka) Farris.  She graduated from Sacred Heart Catholic High School in Sedalia in 1959 and married Ralph Dennis Siron on November 26, 1960.  He preceded her in death on February 22, 2009.

From the day of its opening in 1971, Pat served as bookkeeper for S&S Electric Motor Service in Mexico, a business they co-owned until she and Ralph retired.

Pat was a devoted member of the St. Brendan Catholic Parish.  She was a gifted, lifelong seamstress and quilter, volunteering for the quilting group at the Noble Hospital Auxiliary, and was a long-time member of the Prairie Pine Quilt Guild.

An active member of the Beta Sigma Phi social sorority, Pat regularly volunteered for numerous events and activities.  She loved puzzles and games of all kinds and continued playing cards with several groups around Mexico, even following her stroke in 2012.

Pat was an excellent marksman, and for many years traveled to regional muzzleloading competitions, using guns handmade for her by her husband, Ralph.

Born on St. Patrick's Day, Pat seemed to have an uncanny ability to spot four-leaf clovers everywhere she went.

Survivors include two children, Sherri (Mike) Cole of Powder Springs, Georgia, Jeff (Lisa) Siron of Odessa, Missouri; two grandchildren, USCG Lt. Andrew (Vera) Cole of Wellington, Florida, Sam Siron of Odessa, Missouri; two great-grandchildren, Alexandra and Mikhail Cole; and two siblings, JR (Marvalee) Farris, and Dot (Bob) Visentin.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Brendan Catholic Parish, 615 S. Washington St., Mexico, Missouri 65265.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 1, at the Arnold Funeral Home in Mexico.  Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.  Visitation is at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
