Naomi "Jean" Harp, 81, of Mexico, passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at King's Daughters Home in Mexico.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 31, at Arnold Funeral Home with burial to follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Bob Stanford is officiating.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Jean was born on February 13, 1942, in Mexico, the daughter of Charles Eugene and Lola May (Smiley) Garlock. She married Alvin Harp in May of 1969 at Centennial Baptist Church in Mexico. He preceded her in death on September 25, 2013.

Jean is survived by a nephew, Tom Masters of Columbia; and a niece, Arla Baise of Columbia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Harp; and brother-in-law, Harold Harp.
