Michael Terry Batty, 63, of Mexico, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022, at University of Missouri Hospital.

Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Arnold Funeral Home with services immediately following at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be at South Fork Cemetery in Santa Fe, MO with Terry Hopkins officiating. Pallbearers are Jeremy Hinnah and Kyle Culbertson.

Mike was born on January 6, 1959, in Mexico, the son of Fred and Norma (Wren) Batty. He attended Mexico Senior High School.

Currently, Mike owned and operated his own cleaning business "Mr. Clean", worked for Noble Health Audrain Community Hospital for many years, and worked part time at Fischer Auto Body.

Mike never took a day off. He enjoyed working hard and staying busy. He touched many lives with his generosity. Mike was a big Missouri sports fan and loved Nascar. He would schedule his weekend jobs around his favorite sporting events. Mike loved classic cars and classic rock and roll, music was his life. Anytime he was not working or helping someone he could be found at his daughter's house completing projects and spending time with his two grandchildren, where he was known as Paca Mike. He loved to spoil his granddaughter, Maddison and was extremely proud of his newest grandson, Maverick.

He leaves behind his daughter, Stephanie (Jeremy) Hinnah of Mexico; two grandchildren, Maddison and Maverick Hinnah of Mexico; three sisters, Jackie Fuller of Greensboro, NC, Jody Owen of Mexico and Kelly (Terry) Hopkins of Silex and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved 11-year-old K-9 companion Zoey (Zoe Zoe).

Michael was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; one sister, Joyce Utterback; and one brother, Steve Batty.
