Maxine Mason Pilcher, 95, of Mexico, passed away at 3:13 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at her home.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 14, at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Zane Whorton officiating. Visitation is Monday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park.

Maxine was born July 8, 1926, in Prairie Hill, MO, the daughter of Christopher and Floy (Sims) Young. She married William E. Pilcher on February 22, 1948, and were married 66 years.

Mrs. Pilcher was a teller at Commerce Bank for 40 years, from 1944-1984. She was a member of the First Christian Church.

Survivors include one niece, Donna Fisher (Don Evans) of Godfrey, IL; two nieces-in-law, Martha Azdell of Mexico and Cathy Azdell of Rush Hill; and many grand nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Pilcher was preceded in death by her parents, husband; one sister, Helene Shevlin; two nephews, Larry Ronald Azdell and Phil Azdell.
