Marvin Ray Goff, 70, of Benton City, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at his home.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Marvin was born on May 30, 1954 in Mexico, the son of Robert Goff and Helen Turner.

Marvin passed away leaving behind a legacy of passion for muscle cars, especially his beloved 1964 Chevy Impalas and El Caminos. He found joy in watching restoration shows, often offering his own critiques on the craftsmanship. An avid fisherman and camper, Marvin cherished the great outdoors and the time spent in nature. He also had a love for cooking, especially barbecuing for family gatherings, where his presence was always a source of warmth and camaraderie. Marvin's enthusiasm for life, his hobbies, and his love for family will be greatly missed.

Survivors include three sons; Aaron (Samantha) Goff of Paris, Christopher Goff of Mexico, Cory (Brandi) Goff of Mexico; one daughter, Nicole Goff of Curryville; significant other, Susan Davenport of Benton City; step-son, Jacob Davenport of Benton City; step-daughter, Kala Baugh of Benton City; one sister, Eljeana Finchum of Elkhart, IN; one brother, Fred Forester of Mexico; 24 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Marvin was preceded in death by his parents Robert Goff and Helen Turner; one son, Jason Goff, Sr.; infant brother, Robert Eugene Goff; step-mother, Beatrice Goff; two brothers, Bill Goff and Raymond Forester; two step-brothers, Jim Wright and John Wright and brother-in-law, Jack Finchum.
