Martha Ann Brown, 75, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022, at her home.

A Visitation is from 4-5 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, at Arnold Funeral Home. Memorial Services will follow at 5 p.m. at the funeral home.

Martha was born on May 11, 1947, in Mexico, the daughter of Don Paris and Ola Ophelia (Love) Jeffries. On November 11, 1969, in Mexico, she married Larry Brown. Larry and Martha celebrate their 53 ^rd wedding anniversary on Friday.

Mrs. Brown was a great wife, mother and grandmother. She had a playful personality that brought countless smiles to many people. Spending time with family and friends along with camping and fishing were some of her enjoyments.

Martha was a member of the Grand Prairie Baptist Church in Auxvasse.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Brown of Mexico; one daughter, Angela Kay Buck (Travis Carson) of Mexico; two granddaughters, Haley (Brandon) Lehr of Centralia and Abigail (Justin) Goodwin of Perry; seven great-grandchildren, Rayden, Maddox, Sydney, Sadie, Karlee, Kamryn, Mila, plus a baby girl due in April;  three brothers, Carl Jeffries (Carolyn Rutter) of Mexico, Clifford Jeffries of Mexico and Howard (Cindy) Jeffries of Mexico; and two sisters, Lois (Don) McDermit of Mexico and Charlett (Bill) Wilson of Mexico; and many nieces and nephews.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Harold Jeffries, John Jeffries, Lloyd Jeffries and Don Jeffries; and five sisters, Wanda Davis, Sue Rose, Mae Kelsay, Pauline Jenkins and Norma Nichols.
