Margaret Irene Kelsay, 96, of Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Pin Oaks Living Center.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 20, at East Lawn Memorial Park.

Margaret was born on September 21, 1925, in Shamrock, the daughter of Emmett Franklin and Marietta (Goodrich) Poage. She married Earl Kelsay on November 6, 1943, in Mexico. He preceded her in death on January 18, 1997.

Margaret enjoyed going camping, reading, crocheting and cook books.

She is survived by three children, Judy May of Mexico, Larry (Sheila) Kelsay of Wichita, KS and Bill (Wanda) Kelsay of Mexico; seven grandchildren. Vandy May of Mexico, Randy May of Mexico, Tammy Porter of Blue Ridge, TX, Shawn Kelsay of Moberly, Darrin Kelsay of Mexico, Lisa (Jay) Whalen of Mexico and Michael (Kathryn) Massaglia of Wichita, KS; nine great-grandchilren; 11 great-greatgrandchildren; and sister-in-law, Nora Lee Poage.

Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Kelsay; and brother, Robert Poage, Sr.
