Lloyd Ray Hultz, 87, of Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Monroe Manor in Paris.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, at Arnold Funeral Home. Private entombment will be at the East Lawn Memorial Park Columbariums.

Lloyd was born on February 5, 1939, in Monroe County, the son of Roy and Margaret (Keith) Hultz. He married Robin Neely on November 25, 1978, in Paris.

Mr. Hultz was a 1957 graduate of Paris High School. He worked for 35 years at A.P. Green, retiring in October 2000, and later worked for several years at Mid-America Brick.

Lloyd was a member of the First Christian Church in Paris. He served as president of Handi-Shop, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, and delivered Meals on Wheels. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and helping them with Cub Scout projects.

Survivors include his wife, Robin Hultz of the home; three children, Terry (Tammy) Hultz of Mexico, Tammy Hultz of Moberly, and John T. (Jennifer) Ogden of New Bloomfield; five grandchildren, Dillon (Eva) Hultz of Paris, Logan Hultz of Mexico, Mason (Harlee) Carver of Fulton, Bobby Sladek of Denver, Colorado, and Baylee Sinclair (Tyler Olson) of Lander, Wyoming; two great-grandchildren, Braxton Hultz and Kieran Hultz; one brother, Walter (Casey) Hultz of Madison; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Hultz was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Margaret Hultz; and five brothers, Martin, Victor, Marvin, Jimmie, and Joe Hultz.
