Larry H. Peak, 83, of Mexico, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at Pin Oaks Living Center in Mexico.

Larry was born on July 15, 1942 in Audrain County, Missouri, the son of Herbert A. and Margaret M. (Simms) Peak.

Mr. Peak was a graduate of Mexico High School. He served in the Army National Guard and had worked for A.P. Green.

Larry enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything in the air. He was an aviation enthusiast.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Peak of Mexico; two sons, Rich Peak and Nick Steinman (Tina Baker) of Mexico; one daughter, Amanda (Chad) Ysen; eight grandchildren, Dylan (Stephanie) Peak, Alex (Cody) Kuhn, Jeffrey Cole, Wiley Ysen, Gideon Ysen, Adrienne (Blake) Calvert, Lily Steinman (Tucker), and Caleigh Wuger (Trey Montandon); and seven great-grandchildren, Owen and Callan Kuhn, Waylon Peak, Benton Calvert, Everlee Blackburn, Everhett Montandon, and Elliott Montandon.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Barbara Rupp.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
