Kenton Kraig Bonney, 61, formerly of Mexico, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022, at Riverview Nursing Center in Mokane.

A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Kraig was born on June 26, 1961, in Fulton, the son of Larry N. and Laura Pauline (Salmons) Bonney. He was a 1979 graduate of Mexico High School. Kraig had been a crane operator and meat cutter. He had also done lawn care for many years.

Survivors include two daughters, Celeste (John) Myers of Platte City and Caylee (Mark) Mays of Mexico; three grandchildren, Katelyn Myers, Gage Mays and Ian Mays; one step-grandchild, Logan Hill; and one sister, Keleigh Strauss of Mexico.

Kraig was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Courtney Bonney; his parents, Larry and Pauline Bonney; and one brother-in-law, Joe Strauss.
