Kevin Glen "Frog" Garnett, 63, of Mexico, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at his home.

Visitation is Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. at Arnold Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Laddonia Cemetery.

Kevin was born on August 23, 1960, in Mexico, the son of Bobby Baize Garnett and Ethel Eugenia "Jeannie" (Davidson) Garnett. On January 14, 2000, in Montgomery City, he married Patricia Jane Kennemore.

Mr. Garnett was a great entrepreneur! He loved fishing, spending time with his kids, grandkids and family.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia Garnett of the home; six children, Codi (Racheal) Stierlin of Montgomery City, Shanon (Julia) Lindsay of Mexico, Shawna Phillips of Mexico, Elizabeth Phillips (Devin) of Columbia, Cassandra Garnett of Montgomery City and Brigette (Chris) Sorrels of Owensboro, Kentucky; 18 grandchildren, May, Jerry and Joel Lindsay, all of Mexico, Bri, Leigha, Amelia and Ellie Stierlin, all of Montgomery City, Sophia Dailey of Fulton, Dustin Hook of Mexico, Ayden and Isaiah Belisle, both of Mexico, Samuel Cross of Mexico, Madison Williams of Columbia, Kyler, Gatlin and Mya Phillips, all of Columbia, Olivia Lehnhoff of Owensboro, Kentucky, and Avalyn Sorrels of Owensboro, Kentucky; one great-grandchild, Elijah Brandt of Fulton; seven siblings, Johnny Garnett of Quincy, Illinois, Rita Faye of Vandalia, Marsha Garnett of Laddonia, Rodney (Brenda) Garnett of Laddonia, Victoria Peery of Mexico, Markus (Sam) Garnett of Mexico and Angie Wieberg of Laddonia.

Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Baize Garnett; his mother, Ethel Eugenia "Jeannie" Stoneberger; and a brother, Ronnie Garnett; and daughter, Mindy Phillips.
