Kay Jeanette Talley Foreman, 62, of Rush Hill, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Hannibal Regional Hospital.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 19, at Arnold Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Hudson officiating. Private burial will follow in Littleby Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.

Kay was born on January 27, 1961, in Mexico, the daughter of Thomas and Betty (Clark) Talley, Jr. She married Charles "Wes" Foreman on August 29, 1987, at Littleby Baptist Church.

Kay enjoyed the country life. Family was important to Kay and she cherished any time she could spend with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Wes Foreman; three children, Ashley (Langston) Alexander of Centralia, Cameron Foreman of Rush Hill and Jesse Foreman (Amanda Cornell) of Columbia; mother, Betty Talley; three sisters, Judy (Dana) Ferguson of Pleasant Hill, IL, Debra (Steve) Kreyling and Diane (Scott) Batts both of Mexico; two brothers, Roger Talley and David Talley both of Laddonia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Kay was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Talley, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Julie Talley.
