James Travis Hicks, 41, of Mexico, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2022, in Columbia.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5, at Arnold Funeral Home.

Travis was born on August 13, 1981, in San Diego, California, the son of James William and Leilani Sarah (McGuire) Hicks.

Travis enjoyed fishing, the Los Angeles Chargers, traveling and being outdoors. He loved his boys, Andrew and Adam.

He is survived by two children and their mother, James Andrew Hicks, Adam Edward William Hicks and Stephanie Jennings all of Fulton; sister, Shannon Hicks (Donald Cooper) of Mexico; step-mother, Barbara Looney; step-brother, Shon Looney; nephews, Ethan Shy and Anthony Cooper; niece, Dalani Cooper; and numerous aunts, cousins and uncles from Troy, MO and San Diego.

James is preceded in death by his parents, James and Leilani Hicks; sister, Jodi Hicks; and his grandparents.
