Jack Yager, 82, of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Halifax Health Medical Center.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, December 13, at East Lawn Memorial Park in Mexico with Kevin Wilkerson officiating.

Jack was born on August 27, 1939 in Center, Missouri, the son of Roy J. and Susie C. (Murphy) Yager. On July 19, 1990, in Las Vegas, Nevada, he married Kathy Sue Carter.

Mr. Yager served 5 years in the U.S. Navy and was stationed in the Phllipines. He was a self-employed automotive mechanic and machine shop operator.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Yager of the home; one son, Brent Yager of Cuba; three grandsons, two step-daughters and five step-grandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Susie Yager; and one son, Billy Yager.
