Helen Marie Davidson, 83, of Mexico, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.

Memorial Services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, at Arnold Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Forman officiating. Private burial will be at St. Brendan Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Helen was born on April 26, 1942, in Marshall, the daughter of Edward and Elenora (Gramlich) Heilman. On November 24, 1962 in Kansas City, she married Herman Leon Davidson. He passed away on August 31, 2013.

Mrs. Davidson worked in the cafeteria at St. Brendan School for more than 29 years, where she was well known and loved for her delicious homemade cinnamon rolls.

Helen enjoyed camping, bird watching, and tackling puzzles and puzzle books. She also loved taking long drives, watching game shows, cooking, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Survivors include five children, Mary (Brad) Barnes of Mexico, George (Debbie) Davidson of Mexico, Bill (Carol) Davidson of DePere, Wisconsin, Debbie (Chris) Steele of Pacific, and James Davidson of Mexico; one sister, Betty Narron of Marshall; two brothers, Donnie Heilman of Slater and Mark (Karen) Heilman of Slater; eight grandchildren, Amanda (Jeremy) Jahnke, Kadi Donlevy and Nikolas Davidson, all of DePere, Wisconsin, Sara Barnes (Chad Thompson) of Mexico, Allen Clark of Pacific, LeAnn (Ryan) Walker of Mexico, Brian (Angie) Barnes of Mexico, and Charlie Davidson of Mexico; 11 great-grandchildren, Melanie, Austin, Vincent, Spencer, Mason, Annaliese, Julia, Leon, Lena and Noah; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, Herman, Helen was preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Heilman, Eddie Heilman, and Richard Heilman.
