George Andrew Wolfmeier passed away at his home in Mexico, Missouri on Friday, August 18. He was born in Fulton on September 20, 1962, to Marion and Georgia Deloney Wolfmeier who preceded him in death.

George graduated from Fulton High School and attended college in Kirksville, Missouri. He joined the Navy in 1983 and served until 1987. George loved music, especially playing drums. He played with the Country Traveler Band as a youngster.

George worked as a maintenance technician for Dollar General and Dollar Tree in Missouri before being transferred to Ardmor, Oklahoma. George returned to Missouri in 2018.

George is survived by several cousins; and his aunt, Mary Deloney.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, September 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Southside Baptist Church, 395 Country Meadows in Fulton.
