Eleanor Marie Stradford, 60, of Mexico, passed away on Thursday July 23, 2026, at her home.

A celebration of life will be held on August, 29 from 12:00 p.m. - 3:00p.m. at Sexton Pavilion Lakeview Park in Mexico.

Eleanor was born on March 5, 1966 in Belle, Missouri.

Eleanor treasured the simple pleasures of life and the people she loved most. She enjoyed spending her days at home, where she was happiest watching her favorite crime shows, snacking, and trying her luck with scratcher lottery tickets. She never passed up a good conversation and loved catching up with neighbors, sharing stories, and keeping up with the latest gossip. Her beloved cats were constant companions and brought her endless comfort and joy. More than anything, she cherished time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life and brought her immeasurable happiness.

Survivors include four children; Brittany Ulrich, Alexander Stradford, Anna Campbell and Tiffany Nock, numerous grandchildren; two sisters, Dori Thenhaus and Christina Hansen; three brothers, Butch Hansen, Joe Hansen and Kevin Hansen

Eleanor was preceded in death by one daughter, Tamara Stradford; one sister, Debbie Hansen; her father-in-law, Dennis Stradford.
