Edwin Ralph Campbell, Jr. of Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Moberly Regional Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at Arnold Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Lawn Memorial Park. Rev. Bob Stanford will be officiating the service.

Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until time of service on Wednesday, September 23, at the funeral home.

Edwin was born on July 20, 1942 in Mexico, the son of Edwin Ralph, Sr. and Alice Johwan (Howe) Campbell.

Edwin spent many of his working years as a meat cutter, dedicating 25 years of his career to Jay’s IGA, where he served as the meat department manager. When he wasn’t working, Edwin enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He had a deep appreciation for nature and especially loved the excitement and thrill of the hunt.

Survivors include two sons, Rick Campbell of Mexico and Steve Campbell of Hermann; one daughter, Deanna (Philip) Tate of Mexico; six grandchildren, Anthony “AJ” (Kim) Campbell of Castle Rock, CO, Chelsea Campbell of Castle Rock, CO, Jordan (Edna) Campbell of Texas, Dylan Campbell of Mexico, Skiesha Tate of New York, NY and Eliesha Mathews of Mexico; three great-grandchildren; former wife of 43 years, Nancee Campbell; two cousins, Larry Joe Campbell of Mexico and Mike Tarrants of Mexico and close friend Carol McDermitt.

Edwin was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Sr. and Alice Campbell and one grandson, Travis Campbell.
