Donald Ray DeBrodie, 63, of Montgomery City, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2023.

Donald was born on January 18, 1960, in Mexico, the son of Frankie Alonzo and Norma Fay (Langley) Brodie.

Mr. DeBrodie worked for Pierson and Son Trucking in Montgomery City. He really loved his job. Fishing and music, especially playing the guitar, were some of his other loves, but none more that his dog, Aries.

Survivors include a daughter, Tina (David) Volleberg of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; one son, Christopher DeBrodie of Mulberry, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Elijah Robins, Isaiah Robins, Wesley Johnson and Hunter Thurston; one great-grandchild, Roman; his mother, Norma Brodie of Mexico; three sisters, Brenda Smith of Mexico, Rita Fletcher, and Virginia (Randy) Gilmore of Centralia; two brothers, Michael Brodie of Mexico and Paul (Heather) Myer of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and many nieces and nephews.

Donald was preceded in death by his father, Frankie Brodie; one brother, Frankie DeBrodie; and one sister, Linda Davidson.
