Clifford Ray Newsom, 79, of Fulton, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in Chillicothe.

Clifford was born on December 13, 1941, in Eldorado, Kansas, the son of Carl B. Newsom and Betty Myers Keeling.

Mr. Newsom had served in the U.S. Marine Corp. He was a mechanic and a member of the Richland Baptist Church in Kingdom City. He enjoyed playing bluegrass on his guitar.

Survivors include his mother, two children, Stephanie Mast and Loren Dale Newsom; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Clifford was preceded in death by his father, Carl B. Newsom; three children, James Ray Newsom, David Newsom and Cara Renee Newsom.

Memorial Services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 15, at Richland Baptist Church in Kingdom City.

Graveside services will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 15, at East Lawn Memorial Park in Mexico.
