Carolyn Faye Ferrier, 83, of Fulton, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025, at the University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.

Private graveside services will be held at Elmwood Cemetery.

Carolyn was born on January 3, 1942, in Mexico, the daughter of Woodrow and Faye (Foster) Spillars. In June 1962, she married Virgil Ray Ferrier. He passed away on February 17, 2023.

Mrs. Ferrier was a 1960 graduate of Mexico High School. She had worked for a shoe factory in Mexico, Cheeseborough Ponds in Jefferson City and was the manager for Dairy Queen in Jefferson City.

Carolyn enjoyed walking, shopping and loved going to rummage sales.

Survivors include two daughters, Tina (David) Koenigsfeld of Centertown and Quenna Litty of Fulton; granddaughter, Raelyn Koenigsfeld of Centertown; great-granddaughter, Madelyn Sherwood; one brother, Larry Spillars of Lee's Summit; and one sister, Margaret Ingram of Mexico.

In addition to her husband, Virgil, Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Penny Ferrier.

Memorial donations may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Alzheimers Foundation. Both may be sent in care of Arnold Funeral Home, 425 S. Jefferson Street, Mexico, MO 65265.
