Carl Wayne Duckworth, 67, of Mexico, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at his home.

Wayne was born on January 18, 1954 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Neomi M. Duckworth. He was raised in Thompson, Missouri, by his uncle and aunt, William A. and Virginia L. (Qualls) Duckworth. He grew up with Bill Duckworth, Joe Duckworth and Kandy (Duckworth) Johnston as siblings.

Survivors include his girlfriend of 15 years, Rita Gordon; three children, Carl Wayne Duckworth, Jr., Johnny Duckworth and Rosanna Duckworth; two brothers, Joe Eads and Robert Eads; one sister, Carol Eads; and his beloved dog "Chester."

Wayne is preceded in death by one brother, Randy Eads; and one sister, Shirley Eads.
