Breanna was born on May 12, 1997, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the daughter of Anthony and Melony (Gille) Killian and big sister to her beloved Emily.

Breezy had a passion for life, family, animals, travel, music, and friends.  She lived for her dog Remi and found love with her soulmate Ethan.  Bre was easy to love.  She was well on her way to reaching her goal of being a zoo veterinarian.  The simplest pleasures in life brought joy to Breezy.  She wore a constant glow and had the ability to find happiness in her daily activities.  Her pleasant personality and big smile were contagious to all she would be with.  Bre found inspiration by Jane Goodall, Steve Irwin and others whose mission is to educate and inspire individual action to safeguard the wildlife and our planet.

Upon graduation from high school as class valedictorian at Green Bay East High School, Bre pursued her studies initially at Concordia University, Mequon, WI; then studied abroad at the University of Limerick, Ireland (where she traveled extensively through Europe) completing her degree and graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from St. Norbert College, De Pere, WI.  She was a DVM candidate, Class of 2024, as well as a Masters of Public Heath Candidate at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Survivors include her parents, Tony and Melony Killian; one sister, Emily Killian; her fiancé, Ethan Deimeke; her dog, Remi; grandparents, Barbara (Gary) Barnes, Mike Killian; four uncles, Paul Gille, Kyle Gille, Kevin Gille and Kenneth Gille, Jr.; four aunts, Lea (Corey) Johnson, Rhonda (James) Redfearn and Heather (Andy) Chvala, Brooke Gustafson as well as several cousins.

Breanna was preceded in death by grandparents Kenneth Gille and JoAnn Gille.

Bre had a passion for animals and the environment.  To honor her, the family requests memorial donations be made to Bre's GoFundMe, which will be put toward causes that Bre held close to her heart. https://www.gofundme.com/manage/family-of-breanna-killian
