Barbara Lee Blackmore, 71, of Mexico, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at her home.

A memorial service will be on Wednesday, July 28 at 11:00 A.M. at Rush Hill Community Church with Rev. Bob Stanford conducting the service.

Mrs. Blackmore was born on September 12, 1949 in Mexico, the daughter of George William Clough, Jr. and Anna Francis (Coil) Clough. On May 5, 1994 she married Thomas Wayne Blackmore, who preceded her in death on February 26, 2005.

Barbara loved the outdoors.  She spent time deer hunting, fishing, camping out and tending her flower garden.  Barbara enjoyed paint by numbers, wood burning, glass etching, or things that required fine motor skills.  In her leisure time she would chat with friends on facebook or play online games.

Survivors include two sons, Tony (Lynn) Feger of Mexico, Travis Feger of Mexico; one daughter, Deborah (Jerry) Wilkey of Bath, Illinois; two sisters, Joy (Danny) Branstetter of Vandalia, Billye Ann Clough of Arizona; two brothers, Lyle (Patty) Clough of Mexico, Lester (Susan) Clough or Mexico; one granddaughter, Breanna (Cody) Yelvington of Columbia; two grandsons, Logan (Alex) Feger of Mexico, Zane Feger of Mexico; two great-grandchildren, Jeremiah Feger and Brysen Feger.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wayne Blackmore; companion, Mark Feger and brother, Victor Clough.
