Anthony "Tony" Joseph DiBlasi, 76, of Mexico, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2025, at his home.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at St. Brendan Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Brendan Cemetery.  Fr. Dave Veit will be officiating the service.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 10:45 A.M. on Saturday, November 29, at Arnold Funeral Home.

Tony was born on November 7, 1949 in Mexico, the son of Frank and Jeanette (Russo) DiBlasi.  On November 5, 1977, he married Deborah Ann Shramek at St. Brendan Church in Mexico.

Tony was an avid runner whose love for the sport was matched only by his affection for a good pair of running shoes. A proud member of the Knights of Columbus, he lived his life with quiet devotion, camaraderie, and an appreciation for the simple joys of everyday living. He found happiness in barbecuing—especially his famous chicken—along with fishing, hunting, a cold beer, and a good cigar. Tony was a natural storyteller, and many of his tales began with a nostalgic "Years Ago…," drawing in anyone lucky enough to listen. He approached each year with a sense of purpose and humor, marking his milestones with his signature phrase, "check that off the list." He will be remembered for his warmth, his wit, and the uncomplicated, wholehearted way he embraced life.

Survivors include his wife, Debbie DiBlasi of the home; five children, Stacey (David) DiBlasi-Gordon of Centralia, Eric (Shayna) DiBlasi of Columbia, Anna (Chris) Feuille of Wichita, KS, Trisha (Bryce) DiBlasi-Oberlander of Portland, OR, Rose (John Napier) DiBlasi of Fort Collins, CO; four grandchildren, Keeley (Kamille) DiBlasi, Evan DiBlasi, Paul Feuille and Odie Feuille; one brother, Frank (Mary) DiBlasi of Columbia; and three sisters, Josephine (Charlie) Korte of Columbia, Barbara (Geoffrey) Young of Sturgeon, and Marilyn (John) Relles of Columbia.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Jeanette DiBlasi.
