Anthony Wayne Brower, 58, of Cairo, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in Eureka, Missouri.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 4, at 4:00 p.m. at the Audrain County 4-H Building.
Visitation will take place on Saturday, April 4, from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at the Audrain County 4-H Building.
Anthony was born on October 1, 1967, the son of Larry Adams and Sharon Lee Sharp. He was lovingly raised by his mother, Sharon, and John David Brower. In later years, Anthony and his father, Larry, were able to reconnect.
Tony, as he was known to many, was a man whose presence could light up any room. A dedicated coach and mentor, he shared his passion for sports by coaching softball, baseball, and football, and by guiding young athletes in wrestling. He had a gift for connecting with people and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
He cherished time spent with family and friends, whether at lively holiday gatherings, casual get-togethers, or on memorable snagging trips with "the boys." Known for his laughter, warmth, and easygoing spirit, Tony brought joy to those around him and was truly loved by all who knew him.
Tony is survived by his wife, Christina: children, Anthony (Kellee) Brower, Gabrielle (Kameron) Hampton, Connor Brower, Camber Hoard, Trevor Hoard, Tyler (Ciarra) Hoard and Jared Hoard; grandchildren, Lucas, Decker and Riggs Brower, Ashton and Sebastian Hampton, Nova Brower, Kaysen Hudson, Skylar, Justin, Ava and Aubrey Hoard, Rylee, Ryker and Kain Hyten; siblings, Susan (Josh) Sanchez, Doug Brower, Debbie (Frankie) Meyer, Debbie (Don) Zatorski, Brenda Aguire, Robbie Adams, Russell (Lisa) Burton, Larry Wayne Adams and Linda (Danny) Ratliff; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Sharon and John Brower and Larry Adams; brothers, David Brower and Jeffrey Taylor; grandparents, Wilbur and Hellen Sharp; and great-uncle, Willis (Bud) Hickman; and many other friends and family.
His legacy of kindness, humor, and community will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
