Amber Louise Lawrence, 92, of Mexico, formerly of Hondo, Texas, passed away on November, 6, 2024, at the home of her niece, Beverly DeOrnellis, where she resided for several years.

Family and friends will gather for a celebration of life at noon on November 30, 2024 at the Moose Lodge #1706.  Burial will follow in Perche Cemetery in Boone County at 1:30 p.m.

Amber was born on February 26, 1932 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of Gordon and Frances Weston (Turner) Sage.  On September 5, 1969 she married Herschel L. Lawrence in Mexico who preceded her in death.

Amber had been an active Moose Lodge #1706 member for many years.  A loving lady that enjoyed mingling with friends and family, she was addicted to the Game Show Network.

Survivors include one daughter, Terry Gail Littrell of Mexico; three stepsons, Randall Lawrence of Bowling Green, Keith (LeaAnn) Lawrence of Bowling Green, Bruce (Lisa) Lawrence of Bowling Green; one stepdaughter, Stacy (Terry) Dean of Washington state; seven grandchildren, Darren M. (Barbie) Smith of Thompson, Harley D. Littrell of Mexico, Heather Ferrier (Ryan) Parks of Austin, TX, Amy Ferguson of Greenville, TX, Elizabeth A. Casas of New Braunfels, TX, Nelson (Patricia) Ferrier of Sequin, TX, Nate Ferrier of Edinburg, TX, and numerous great grandchildren.

Amber was preceded in death by her husband, Herschel Lawrence; her parents, Gordon Sage and Frances Turner; one son, Nelson W.  "Buddy" Ferrier; one stepdaughter, Vicki Feldman; two brothers, James Sage and Ernest Turner; two sisters, Yolanda Ramirez and Helen Sharp.

The family requests memorial donations be made to Moose Lodge #1706 or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
