Amanda Renee DeTienne, 45, of Mexico, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at St. Brendan Catholic Church, with Fr. Dave Veit officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 4:00–8:00 p.m. at Arnold Funeral Home.

Amanda was born on December 19, 1979, in Mexico, the daughter of Deana Foster. She graduated with the Community R-6 Class of 1998. On November 7, 2020, she married the love of her life, Tray DeTienne, in Mexico.

Amanda lived life with a joyful and adventurous spirit. She loved being outdoors, whether tending to her dogs and chickens, camping and boating at Mark Twain Lake, or simply enjoying the sunshine. Music was another great love of hers, and she treasured attending concerts with her family and friends. She also found joy in traveling, always looking forward to vacations and especially cruises shared with those she loved most.

She is survived by her mother, Deana Foster; her husband, Tray DeTienne; three children, Trace DeTienne, Connor Watt, and Emeline Watt; her sister, Denise (Darren) Stroud; grandparents, Donna DeTienne, Virginia See, and Virginia Foster; nephews Maddox Pope, Kaden Whiteaker, Kashton Rhodes, and Kruz Ogden; nieces Allison Stroud, Piper Pope, and Layla Ogden; her father and mother-in-law, Tracy and Krystal DeTienne; sisters-in-law, Kassi Barclay and Danielle DeTienne; brother-in-law, Trenton DeTienne; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss her.

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Earl Foster and Richard See.

Amanda will be remembered for her radiant smile, her love of life, and the way she brought people together. She touched countless lives with her warmth and generosity, and her memory will remain a blessing to all who knew her.
