Alby M. Baclesse, 95, of Mexico, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Pin Oaks Living Center.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Arnold Funeral Home. Rev. Jerry Ostrom will be officiating the service.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 12, from 12:00 Noon until time of services at the funeral home.

Mr. Baclesse was born on March 7, 1928 in Linn, the son of Alby and Mattie (Monroe) Baclesse, Sr.  On November, 5, 1981 he married Pauline Pena Livingston, who preceded him in death.  He leaves behind his companion Bernice Kloeppal.

Alby worked at A.P. Green in grinding and the maintenance department from 1950 until he retired in 1990.

Survivors include one son, Terry (Lana) Baclesse; two grandsons, James (Stacie) Baclesse of Mexico and Chris (Martha) Baclesse of Mexico, five great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Alby was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Pena Livingston; his parents, Alby and Mattie Baclesse.

The family requests memorial donations be made to Friendship Baptist Church, 4500 E. Liberty St., Mexico, MO 65265.
