Obituary
Belle America Berry, 97 of Mexico, died Friday, May 14, 2010 at Pin Oaks Nursing Center.
She was born on May 26, 1912 in Benton City to Russell Aurbin and Eva Belle (Wilson) Watts. On March 30, 1939 she married Gilbert Berry in Portland, Oregon. He survives at the home.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by sons, Dennis Gale Berry of Mexico, Aurbin Chester “Pete” Berry of Salisbury, Francis Alan “Frank” Berry and wife Jacquelynn of Moberly, and a daughter Rose Evelyn Wright and husband Tom of Thompson. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a sister Gerturde Miller and her husband Clendus of Mexico.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Robert Kenneth “Bob” Berry, three sisters, Jennie Dishman, Mennis Isgrig Marion, and Delia Watts and a brother William Watts.
Memorials may be made to Hopewell Baptist Church where she was a member.
