Service Information:


Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Wednesday at the Second Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.


Obituary
Rev. Charles E. Jackson, 26 of Mexico, went to be with the Lord on April 7, 2010.

Charles was born on Sept. 3, 1983 in Detroit, MI to Charles Brown and Linda Jackson.

On July 11, 2009 Charles married Shevon Lortie in Mexico, and she survives.

Charles is also survived by his children Carter Ely Jackson, Lydionna Cranston, Kavon Cranston; his parents, Linda and Rodney McCray, Charles Edward Brown, Denise and Greg Hoffman; siblings, Shana Jackson, Clarence Brown, Jerome Brown, Rodney McCray, Jr., Aminata Clay, Terrill Hoffman, Timmy Hoffman, Markus Logan, Kevin Davis, Shawn Hoffman, Laneya Hoffman, D.C. Lee, Sabrina Anthony, Isaiah Anthony, Amarion Brown; his godmother, Regina Hardge; grandparents, Okrie Brown, Shake Hoffman; numerous nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his grandparents, Shirley and Thomas Jackson, Wilbert Brown, and Lula Hoffman.

Charles loved to serve the Lord; he always carried his bible with him. He greatly enjoyed going to church, barbequing, and being outside. Charles loved spending time with his children, and his family and friends. Charles really enjoyed talking on the phone, and he never met a stranger. Charles will be missed by all of his family and friends.
