Obituary
David Arnold Moore, 96 of Mexico, passed away Friday, Oct. 2, 2009 at the Fulton Presbyterian Manor.
David was born in Audrain County on Nov. 13, 1912, the son of Nathaniel Fulton and Rhoda C. (Arnold) Moore. He married Carolyn E. Bradley on Aug. 15, 1936 at the Methodist parsonage in Mexico with Rev. W.C. Russell officiating.
He farmed all his life and was a member of Bethel Methodist Church. He was also involved with Gideon’s International, MFA, and had been on the board of Little Dixie Fire for 40 years and had also served on the Audrain County School Board.
In addition to his wife Carolyn of the home, he is survived by three sons; Malcolm Moore and Mary of Auxvasse, Roger Moore and Susie of Tupelo, Mississippi and Robert Moore and Dora of Livingston, Montana. Four grandchildren; Doug Moore of Phoenix, AZ, Troy Moore of Jenks, OK, Leslie Burch of Auxvasse, and Tim Moore of Auxvasse and several great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Methodist Church.
